Amarillo, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin hops dominate this elaborate Pale Ale, bursting with citrus & tropical notes and a well-balanced bitterness. Inspired by the Latin name for Hops, Humulus Lupulus, which translates into “Wolf of the Woods”, Mac’s Three Wolves Pale Ale features US hops Simcoe and Amarillo, as well as local hero Nelson Sauvin.
